Administration 
Purpose for the Administration Council:
To assist with the operation, maintenance, and use of the church for the members and the community
To develop a creative working team that continually researches and guides the church in operating for the needs of the congregation and the community
To assist in the planning, creation, and oversight of the physical plant and operations
To assist in communicating sound operating principles
To facilitate the best utilization of assets (money, building, etc.) for members and community
To monitor, solicit, and budget resources for the needs of the church
To record and maintain records
Process:
Discovery of issues and principles relevant to management, administration, and maintenance
Assessment of physical plant and record needs
Envision the usage of the facilities and resources
Develop and implement a strategy for the long-term and short-term use of facilities and resources
Make-up:
Members possessing the spiritual gifts of Leadership, Service, Giving, and Skilled Craft (http://www.elca.org/dcm/evangelism/assessments/assess4_spiritgifts.html)
